Summer camp is Aikido. From morning to evening, and sometimes into the night. But Aikido techniques on the mat are only a part of the experience. There are a lot of things you can learn in Cheraw.
Tonight I had to cook for a group. Napa cabbage, soba noodles,
carrots and celery, bean sprouts, chicken, and a home made teriyaki
sauce (wine vinegar, brown sugar, fresh ginger, soy sauce). Here it is
ready for the wok.
And thanks to Sensei for many lessons, some of them in the kitchen.
